SECRET TRUTHS OF LIFE:

(Truth seekers who found this:
)
1. Love: Life requires that you love it. Choose each day to reach out to someone, to be grateful for the wind, the air, the sun, the dirt beneath your feet. Be thankful you're alive, then love life, love yourself, and love those around you.

2. Depression: For you who tell yourselves you can't love life, it is because you love a lie and the lie becomes your master. When you decide to stop loving the lie you will stop bowing to it. Then you can start on the journey to becoming master of your life.

3. Anger: The root of all anger is pain. Identify your pain and then give it comfort.
4. Social behavior: You are better than no one, and no one is better than you. All people are equal. If someone told you differently, they lied to you.
5. Power: Power is a lie. The more you try to control others, the less influence you will have. The more freedom you give to others, the more influence you will have.
6. Bullying: Any pain you inflict upon others, whether physical or emotional, will come back to you. If you tell yourself that controlling others makes you powerful, you lie to yourself.
7. Attitude: You can refuse to be influenced by negative attitudes around you. Attitudes are decisions. Decide to form your own attitude, regardless of those around you.
8. Faith: You can replace "I can't" with "I think I can" anytime you want. You can replace "It won't happen" with "God can help make it happen" anytime you want.
9. Religion: Scientists have learned that the human brain is wired to believe in a Supreme being. Fighting against this will depress you.
10. Control Freaks: It is human nature to resist compulsion. When you try to control others, you incite rebellion. Dictators and control freaks can only have temporary power.
11. Finances: If you question every purchase your spouse makes their frustration will tempt them to spend more and more. If you give them a reasonable and fair budget, they will be tempted to abide by it. The same goes for every company department in the world.
12. Sibling Conflict: The African Dinka tribe, which lives in simple yet functional conditions, does not allow a child to hit another. Bullying is stopped at a young age. When we let our children hit each other, we are less civilized than they are.
13. Parenting: Being a parent is the hardest thing you'll ever do, and the most rewarding.
14. Kids: If you think kids are a nuisance, someone probably once treated you like a nuisance. This was a lie and you knew it. Forgive them, and try to correct the lie.
15. Kids: If children are a nuisance, adults are a mega-nuisance. It we can't tolerate a child, we become intolerable.
16. Babies: No man or woman who wasn't a wuss, ever died from a baby crying on an airplane.
17. Success: It isn't never falling, it's rising every time you fall.
What is the Secret of Life?
There is no one size fits all answer to the question what is the secret of life?, but there are some road signs and maps available to help you get where you are going in life. These secrets and more will all be exposed on this website for your viewing pleasure.
How Do I Know the Secret of Life?
Let me get this out in the open right away. I am not a prophet, a psychic, or a fortune teller. I'm a normal Joe just like anyone you know. The only difference is that one day I had an epiphany about life and decided to talk about it.
The epiphany was this: we all know what we need to or know to seek out someone who can tell us what to do, but none of us actually do either. We sit in our meanless lives worried about one thing or another, purposely blocking the truth from our mind to escape the idea that we have to change in order to get what we want.
Have No Fear
Allow me to take a crowbar to that blockage and layout life's fundamental truths, you might call secrets, in this informative website. Here you'll find step-by-step processes to help you reach your goals. You'll find nutritional tables, financial forecasters, relationship solutions, and more. I guarantee you'll nod your head when read some of the articles I've written; you'll nod because most-likely you've known all this stuff all along, you just needed for someone else to put in your face before you could take action.
Exactly What is the Secret of Life?
If you are into philosophy, you like might like Stephen R. Covey's answer. He says "Life is to Live, Love, Learn, and Leave a Legacy". I think he's got a great answer, but it's layered and possibly too much for our TV-gooshed brains to handle. So let me tell you my answer. I say life is coming to terms with yourself and understanding that we are all part of a bigger picture.
Fundamentally, we all want to be happy (live), we all crave affection and attention (love), we all have a picture in our minds of the ideal life (learn), and some of us want to provide a better life for posterity (legacy). These ideals are part of our making as human beings, they aren't goals - so stop trying to reach them and don't kill yourself with dozens of plans on how you're going to accomplish them all by the time you're 60. You'll end up becoming a Type-A Personality and be in a worse situation then you are today.
Why is it that the suicide rate is higher in high income families than in lower income families? Why do superstars become obsessed with cosmetic surgery and develop a fear of germs? It's not the money that's the problem, it's the fact that these people didn't have a clear vision of what they wanted, so when they became wealthy they didn't know what to do with themselves. Knowing what you want out of life is everything.
The Secret to Life Program
STEP ONE: SIMPLIFY
This is the easiest step. Throw away all the crap on your table and in your desk drawer that you think will help you. It's all junk that society puts out there to make you think you're doing something good for youself. Throw it all away. Start with nothing and you can have everything. Lug around your projects and you'll be chained to them for life.
Pick up a program on How to Simplify Your Life, execute on the tasks involved then go to Step 2.
STEP TWO: ORGANIZE
You know what you should and shouldn't be eating. You know that you should be spending more time with your family and less surfing the web. You also know that you should be exercising 30 minutes a day and have at least 20 minutes of uninterupted quiet time every day. You know these things, but you don't act on them because either you have poor time management skills or you simply don't have a very good plan.
Here's the secret of life answer to organization: blend your "must do's" with "want to do's". For example, dancing is a form of exercise (when was the last time you went dancing?). Here's another one: spending time with your family is easy if you team up on projects like your financial plan and bill paying. You can even buy board games that teach you how be wealthy while you're rolling dice with your loved ones.
It's okay to write your organizational plan down and reference it the first month or two. However, this is your life plan so I encourage you to build and enhance your daily activities in your mind as it will make you stronger as a person. What they used to call "character" in the old days.
Navigate to the links on the left (still in progress) to download the secrets of health, wealth, relationships and more. These tools are all free and may help liberate you from the hell you've been in for all these years.
STEP THREE: EXECUTE
Taking that first step out the door is the hardest thing in life. You'll need some motivational queues to remind you how to say "no" to crap that will consume your time. Once you've found them, start your journey and enjoy your life.
No matter where your starting point: just out of prison, handicap for life, a hundred thousand dollars in debt, or cheating on and divorced by a psycho spouse, you CAN start over and you CAN be happy. Happiness is a state of mind. Imagine you just won the lottery..........your attitude just changed didn't it? Think about it.
I hope you find this site fun and informative. I'm always open to suggestions, feedback and contributions (if you want to write). Thanks for visiting and come back again soon!
